It actually works!
I was a bit skeptic about blue light therapy helping with fatigue and stress, but over the best few days Ive been using it for a short five minutes while Im still in bed and it has really improved my tiredness! Its only been a short while, so Im hoping the effects will stay and this isnt just a placebo. No matter, this app is innovative and unique, as well as very simple to use!
